At Total PRO Development, we are dedicated to developing athletes through a professional and personalized approach. While soccer is at the core of what we do, our training benefits athletes across all sports who are striving to compete at their highest level.

We offer two primary types of training:

  • Soccer Skills Training – Available in small group sessions and private coaching with top-tier, experienced coaches. These sessions focus on technical precision, tactical awareness, and competitive sharpness for players at all stages of development.

  • PROformance Fitness Training – Strength, speed, and conditioning workouts designed to enhance performance in any sport. These indoor sessions blend weight training and cardio to build power, agility, and endurance.

In addition, we provide access to On-site Physical Therapy and advanced Recovery Amenities, including cold plunge, sauna, cupping, and more—ensuring every athlete can train hard and recover smarter.

INDOOR Soccer Training

High-energy indoor soccer sessions are specifically designed to effectively challenge and develop players through engaging and dynamic group training activities. These sessions emphasize skill enhancement and tactical awareness.

PRoformance / Fitness training

The 4-Hour Rotation consists of four distinct 1-hour blocks, which are dedicated to different aspects of training: Weights, Field, Film, and Recovery. Each block is designed to focus on a specific area of performance enhancement, ensuring a well-rounded approach to athletic development.

Ben Maurey

Ben Maurey is the visionary behind Total Pro Development, bringing a wealth of experience as both a high-level player and a dedicated coach. A former NCAA Division I standout and MLS Draft participant, Ben has successfully transitioned his on-field excellence into a career focused on developing elite players and building high-performing teams.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Brown University and advanced studies in biotechnology and pre-health, Ben blends academic discipline with athletic insight. He captained the Brown University men's soccer team for two years, earning honors such as First Team All-Ivy and NCAA Player of the Week. His playing career continued at Indiana University and across multiple USL League Two teams, including Ventura County Fusion, Ocean City Nor'easters, Des Moines Menace, and Western Mass Pioneers.

Ben’s coaching career has been just as impactful. He currently works with top-tier athletes across multiple ECNL and MLS Next teams, serving as a private technical trainer for Phoenix Rising and FC Barcelona Academy programs. His individualized approach has helped shape the development of over 10 current NCAA Division I and III collegiate soccer players.

Now leading the North North 10G Maurey Royals, Ben is focused on translating individual player growth into collective team success. His coaching philosophy emphasizes technical precision, soccer IQ, and a relentless commitment to personal and team improvement.
